The worst car purcashing experience I have had In my 61 years. The salesman was not knowledgable about the car that we purchased. The car had to be obtained from another dealership - the first car delivered was the wrong color - the second did not have the options that we were told would be on the car at the time of purchase.They only had one key for the car - we were told that the gentleman that drove the car was old and forgot to bring the other key - then we were told that the car only came with one key. After one month we still do not have the second key. We were given different versions as to why the options were not on the car, the best one - the other dealship lied about them being on the car. The paperwork was completed improperly and had to be redone. They asked us to sign a POA to transfer the title of our trade vehicle without a notary seal which was clearly indicated on the document. All of these concerns plus more were eventually brought to the attention of the owner of the dealership who assured us that all of our concerns would be addressed - gave us his personal cell phone number and stated that he and his assistant would "get to the bottom" of all of this. His assistant is no longer there and he has sold his interest in the dealership. That is not all but hopefully enough to make you think twice before going to this dealership to purchase a vehicle.
