Cubbie's Old Fashioned Grill

Excelent cheese burgers. If your looking for some fast food, keep looking, if you want an excelent burger in a low key place, look no further. The menu isn't overly complicated, the burgers come in two sizes, and they have a good assortment of toppings so you get it how you want it, even better, they're reasonable about it so your not trying to pur a train wreck in your mouth thats falling all over the place. The cheese was perfectly melted, everything was fresh, i was impressed. Granted, a good burger isn't rocket science, but these guys did it right when alot of other places don't. the service was familiar and friendly, the only complaints i had were that i would have liked a few more onion rings in the basket and there were alot of kids running around, but it looked like a little leauge post game, and it was early on a saturday so it was to be expected. The chocolate shake was great, but not quite perfect. Again though, the best burger i've had in a long time. I always keep track of a favorite burger place where ever i end up living, and any competitors are going to have a tough time knocking Cubbies out of that spot.

Great Food and Great people that own it. Would recomend to anyone that likes Eastern Carolina Burgers and fare.

Best burger in town: Cubbie's has the best burger in town and also is a great place to watch a sporting event and enjoy a beer.
