User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI was recently down in Wilmington, NC for a staff retreat and we decided to try Rum Runners since everything else was packed. When we walked in the music was nice and the atmosphere was great...The menu was very disappointing and our waitress was terrible. We placed our order at 8:00PM and did not receive our food until 10:30PM...Please keep in mind that their menu only consist of burritos and quesadillas (chicken, veggie, beef, or shrimp). There were a total of 11 of us so our party was not that LARGE...For those that ordered drinks the turn around time was very short...But why in the world did it take 2 hours to bring out food out....Again the place is nice but the service and food were not up to par...

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAwesome Experience: If you are in the Wilmington area and get a chance to hit the downtown night life, make sure you catch the dueling piano show at Rum Runners. Have a few drinks and sing-a-long with the crowd. The piano players they have are top notch. Don't miss out on an exciting show.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsRum me good!: Ok, so I went ther for the first time several months back and I ran into an old flame that was in town, just for the weekend (he now lives at the other end of TN). This place oozes with good music, and you can have a lot of fun! Pitchers of drinks for 5 bucks? Can't beat it! 75 well drinks? Wow! Again, can't beat it... Above all else, if you love Piano and Marines and Hot girls, this IS the place to be. The crowd is mature and much more fun than in other places. You are really part of the place. Its a bar, not a club, so it has more of a total bar atmosphere. I do go there almost EVERY weekend!
