User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI bought a used Volvo from another dealer in town and had to use Parkway for parts and they have been fantastic. The guy who works in the parts department was very helpful and even helped me out with pricing. I had a problem with my A/C and the service manager actually told me step by step how to fix the problem myself rather than telling me that they needed to do it. I also called the service dept. to ask them a question about my transmission and the gentleman answered all my questions patiently. I didn't even buy the car from them and they have treated my like I've purchased ten from them.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOne of the worst dealerships in town. They are also Parkway Volvo, Suburu and Mitsu. There are no morals there. They give you nothing for your trade and take your head off on a new vehicle. The sales manager is a creep and very condescending, the salesman I had acted like he really did not care if I was there or not. I could tell that there is a lot of gossiping there too. Sorry place.

I heard they were up for sale....again!!! Something wrong is going on up there and eventually, it will come out.
