User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI miss the Waffle House. I'm a big fan. While stationed at Fort Bragg, NC I patronized both Raeford Road Waffle Houses, as well as the Spring Lake location near Wal-Mart. The service was always extremely fast and friendly. The food was always hot, and the restaurants clean. There wasn't very high turnover in any of the locations which is usually an indicator of job satisfaction. I always would stop by after road marches and order the hash browns all the way up, and drink a few large cokes. My wife loves the pecan waffles and bacon. Looking forward to eating there again. Down the road I'd definitely love to open a franchise.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBecause I'm Sentimental: I have gone to Waffle House for a few years now, and the main reason I go is to meet with or spend time with friends and loved ones. The food is good most of the time, and the people who work there at night are always nice. They will engage in conversation if you will, or not if you donât want to.
The main problem with this Waffle House is they run out of things often. I donât know why they donât get the things they order all the time, but it really bothers the people that work there too because theyâre trying to do a good job with fewer of the items they need.
I have had many good times here with friends of my past, my current friends and ones I love. The people who work here never give you a hard time when you want to sit there a long time and visit with your people. All in all this is a nice neighborhood place for me or anyone to go, with others or alone and enjoy the visit.
