User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTHE worst car buying experience I ever had.... The salesperson knew nothing about the car. Never explained anything to me. I was told because it was certified that it had just had an oil change... Turned out it needed one 2000 miles later.... Stay away from this place!!!

PATHETIC: The service at Schaeffer is HORRIBLE. My car had its window busted in the parking lot and they denied any responisbility. Not only that, they were extremely rude about it.

Overpriced service.: Do not bring a car here for service. This place charged me $500 for Inspection I (basically an oil change and a tune up) on my BMW. There are better places in town, do not come here.
