    Ruined my wedding day!
    They showed up without the poles to our tent fourty five minutes late and still wanted to charge us full price claiming that we cancelled because we wouldn't wait for them to drive almost an hour away to fetch the poles. Guests were already arriving for the event by that time. They charged us delivery and set up fees for the chair that we did recieve, but my family members were actually the ones who arranged and set up the chairs. When my mom went to the establishment, they were rude and uncooperative. We paid alot of money for someone to just bring us chairs that we set up ourselves.
