User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI bought 3 items at Party Suppliers recently, and tried to return two of them today. I found the entire costume at another store, so I no longer needed the bandanna and necklace. The receipt stated: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE ON SEASONAL, SALE OR CUSTOM ITEMS OR BALLOON WEIGHTS. The items I was returning did not fit any of these categories. I was told that they could not accept returns on anything that is worn on the body. I replied that these items could be tried on in the store. When I asked if I could exchange the items for something else, I was told that only exchanges for the same items were allowed. They should put all of this information on the receipt so people are aware of their strict policy on returns. The two items were inexpensive, but I will never purchase anything from this store again.
