small layout, feel cramped and cannot browse the store, prices are so-so. 1 of the staff was cool, the other 2 were tag teaming this lady and trying to sell her a $1000+ Taylor, when she just wanted a $250 Seagull. Bad vibe...would only go back if they had something that I needed and could not get it elsewhere.
The Music Loft has been a main stay for Wilmington for many years and many years to come..
Why? Good customer service, active professionals willing to give pro advice to non pros and pros alike.
The store yet a little crowded but packed full of all the latest styles of guitars, basses, amps, accessories, pedals mics, and also features an upstairs drum department that is well stocked by pro drummers.and happens to be Pearl and Tama dealers as well
Rob Hay original and current owner is one of the most down to earth, genuine, generous, people in the Wilmington community, which speaks volumes in courteous care received by each and every customer..
Not the best in town.......decent selection however cluttered atmosphere and poor customer service.
