TWC is not even worth one star. when you call customer service and they cant figure out the issue they will tell you there is an outage in your area and you need to wait 2 hour. they told me i had an outage but it turned out the hddvr box reset itself to 480p and my tv does not support that low of a resolution w/ HDMI. all they had to tell me was to change to basic coaxle cable and change the res. to something higher. but no Bob from India told me there was an outage in my area even though all my other TVs w/o boxes worked fine. test them yourself, call when your cable works just fine and tell them you have no picture. they will check for an outage in your area and tell you they have a crew out working on it. -5 stars
