In this economy, I've been tempted to use those coupons for other companies, that I've gotten in the mail, but several of my neigbors have done that and been really disappointed.

Been using them for several years. Same knowledgeable technicians come every time. Always come at the time scheduled, never late. Takes about an hour. Carpet looks great. Great price. Much better than normal service companies where you don't know what to expect. Very trustworthy. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
