User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsUgh they never answer the phone and when they do they try rush you off the phone. It took 4 days for them to look at my labtop. then 3 day to get it fixs
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWorst place you could go to get your computer fixed. Told me it would take 2-3 days after 5 they had not looked at it. After many calls they finally started looking at it after a week. Three more days later they call me up and tell me they fixed it. The problem still persists and they will not respond to my calls.
Go any where else you can if you have a computer issue.Comments (1)

100% CORRECT!!!!=this store is a joke,and the warranties they shove up your fanny,are useless,because after they have your money,if your item breaks,then it will be put on the back burner by the freak squad until they get around to it.Buy your stuff online from somewhere else,and avoid them like the plague-

call about a cell phone problem. Had to call 3 time before getting someone to answer the phone. Then got no real help from the person that i finally talked with other than bring it back for a refund.
