I have to agree about the customer service and the "refund" policy. I, too, spent a good bit of money there, but, got the "you water too much" answer for every question I had. I brought plants back and the "refund" policy is written in invisible ink.

    Nope, I'm not a fan.

Spent lots of money here. Enjoyed staff interaction. Called in w issue as related to dogwoods (5 foot height) I had bought (B Timberlakes). One of of two wilting, lost both lower branches( brown leaves) I broke lower branch. brown inside, other tree look fine.Called in to explain, person on other end said it was probably "to much water in the root ball/over watering. tested root ball damp not wet. (by the way..I live at the beach" Basically I was told "to much water" and they had customers at the counter thus really couldn't talk with me, (they didn;t exactly say that but I could here him yelling for some one to help him..guess no one did, so I was blown off. Take away- As much as I hate to say it. I'll still give the DW TLC and unles it pulls back from its total wilt, I'll take it out and go to one of my other garden shops and get an other one and just ride by TPG and not stop. Getting new customers is hard, keeping the ones you so your business does well is easier.I gues I should have known this based on the comment " return policy dissatisfaction. Hey never even got to that discussion. signed "the old gardner" Lost a plant, not worried about the loss of the $. Lost a good garden shop. One never knows whom one is talking to so be attentive. Rated Poor as to customer Service. Great variety of plants

Transplanted Garden is the best!: It's a handy, neighborhood nurseries with helpful and knowledgable staff, and the plants are very hardy.
