Had a delicious dinner and pleasant dining experience here Aug.09. Service was friendly and attentive, though busy. Our food was hot and fresh. Their hushpuppies are THE BEST! We look forward to eating at Dockside every year when we are there on vacation.

Worst seafood we ever ate scallops were not edible. Waitress was ok atmosphere was cafeteria like. Baked potatos tasted like they were left under a heat lamp all day. Cashier didn't ask how everything was for good reason. I have a hard time believing they have repeat business.

They don't have any heat lamps in the whole building.
Are you a cook there? or maybe a relative?
Interesting.....we thought the scallops were the best part of the dinner...fresh, plump and done to perfection. Can't comment on the baked potato...I was there for the fresh seafood. Repeat business? There was a continuous flow of people and so from our perspective, a visit to Myrtle Beach isn't complete without at least one visit to The Dockside. Apparently a lot of other people felt the same.
