Since their concept of "reservation" means "arrive and you will be able to dine here tonight", we opted not to wait. It's kind of like Seinfeld-"making a reservation is the easy part. Having the reservation honored is another matter entirely." The worst part was mamangement's resfusal to acknowledge that it's ridiculous to "suggest reservations" when reservations aren't possible! We had a lovely meal at Giggling Mackerel with no reservations!Too bad you missed a great meal. Our best advise for Sugar Shack is dont be in a hurry.07/13/11 -

The f...See MoreWhat a place, we have visited the area twice in the last three years and have ate there 5 times most recently last week. The food is to dye for, everything cooked to perfection. Can't wait till next year to go back to Sugar Shack. My wife and I like the ambience so much in the place were going to redecorate our kitchen to its likeness. Maybe I can prepare the ribs half as good, My daughter and I could drink the jerk sauce.
