Beach Shop & Grill

I just got back from a trip to topsail. One night we decided to go to Beach Shop & Grill because the location was very convenient. When we pulled up, the place looked like a cheap hamburger joint. When we walked in, we were speechless. All the waiters were wearing white button-ups and black dress pants, and there were candles and tablecloths on each table. We sat down and starting going over the menu ... $16 plates average! But don't let that stop you. The food was AMAZING and the service was great! It was the best meal my family and I have had in years. I recommend Shrimp and Grits. I've always been a huge fan, but theirs was the absolute best! Everything was very elegantly placed on the dish, and the desserts were fantastic (I tried three kinds!). I'd recommend it to anyone. It was even better than Elijah's in Wilmington.

I recently vacationed in the area and went to dinner here with some of my family. The food was good and the service was exceptional (everyone was friendly and our waitress gave us the best service I've received in a long time).

HOME OF THE BEACH DOG! =] Great place for lunch or dinner! Wonderful hot dogs, tasty chili, and great fries! I just love it and so does everyone else on the island! It's always busy! They have cute shirts in their shop! LOVE IT
