Very poor customer service - We made an appointment for in home service. The tech was late, called to push back the appointment then never showed. They compounded this complete lack on concern for the customer by not returning our calls to find out what happened...

I originally called another repair shop that I had been to before, but their past questionable service and rude receptionist made me change my mind. At the last minute, I called Island Computers. Their receptionist was very nice. They took my desktop that day. The next day, they called me to tell me it was a failing harddrive and that I could pick up my computer that afternoon. They installed a new harddrive with all my old harddrive's data. Not only did I get my computer back in 24 hours, but it was at a reasonable price. When I picked it up, a tech came out to talk to me. Their staff was good humored and enjoyable to talk to. I would suggest their services to everyone.
