This place is wonderful. I can not believe the not so great review I read here. The food is the best mexican I've had in the U.S ( I lived in Mex for 3 years). The service is friendly, some waiters are better than others, but usually great. Plates are around $8. I think a lot of the negative reviews come from out of towners with a "me, me, me" attitude. Sure there is better service out there, but you would have to got to a gourmet place to get it. Keep in mind what you are paying and quit freaking out! I bet most of these people also think the water here in CB is not "as clear as the caribbean" and "we don't have real bagels".

Service was horrible. We had to request silverware after food had arrived, which took over thirty minuetes to come out (despite the fact that the order was very small). Ordered the queso (which cost three dollars). Not only was the bowl extremely small but it was practically just milk with a hint of cheese, it had the consistency of water.
Also, the chicken that was in the tortillas was not even seasoned, which resulted in a bland meal. I am usually a good tipper, but for the first time in my life I left $0.

Food not bad but not the best. Food comes out quick and hot as most mexican restaurants do. Prices realistic and the food portions good. The staff was attentive but seemed like they were going out of there way to serve you.
