User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCustomer Service: This company has twice now charged my family late fee's for movies that we know for fact that we returned on time ! I returned the last movies that I will ever rent there today and told them that they needed to improve their movie return policy to show the time of the return so that they could not fraudulantly asses late fee's on a customers account. I told the manager that I planned to never rent there again, and would be taking all my rentals across towm to Block Buster. The manager completely ignored the fact that they were loosing a customer, took my late fee and let me walk out of the store. GO TO BLOCK BUSTER...NO LATE FEE'S !!!
