    They did an awesome job on my car and helped me out a great deal. Not only did they repair the damage and clean my car within a week of me dropping it off, but when my car was finished Whitney (one of the ladies in the office) came and picked me up to bring me back to the shop to make sure I would have my car for the upcoming holiday weekend. I would recommend Excel to anyone for the many services they provide, I'm sure you'll be satisfied with the personalized and efficient care you receive. I think they are a wonderful and very pleasant and friendly group of people (everyone there) :)

    Not pleased at all ... The people were always rude and one day when I went in to check on my car, there were boys back there working that didn't even look 15 years old! They are constantly giving you timelines that are never true, it's always "tomorrow". Their physical body work is decent, but not even worth dealing with these people!
