Bojangles' Famous Chicken

I have been a customer of this Bojangles since it opened. It use to be a very good place to eat in, or drive up, but for the last 6 or 7 months the food has not been good at all. The chicken is not always done,i have actually had to put the meal in the oven to cook more,after arriving home. I have told the manager before. The young people who work there play too much and have no customer service experience. They leave off parts of your order, they ask you to pull up outside to wait for an order, than never bring it, you have to go inside and remind them or get your money back. Most of the employees are not customer friendly. Saturday 22 September was my last visit. I will try another Bojangles in my area, just not this one ever again.
