They are awful. Will never buy a vehicle from them again. Make sure you read the fine print with your warranty!
I have bought two vehicles from stevenson toyota in the past four years or so. I am always teated well with them, they always do everything they can to work with me and make me happy. Service does sometimes take a little longer than expected, but it is hard to tell exactly how long it is going to take to fix a car. I am always pleased with how helpful the salespersons are.
On April 2004, I purchased a 2002 Chrysler Sebring Convert. GT at this dealership. It had 50,000 miles at the time of this transaction. I later found out that the car had been involved in a accident. This was never revealed to me by the salesman or anyone at the dealership. On October 2007 I decided to trade the car in for a truck and went back to this dealership because I was buying a new truck, (never would I buy a used car from them again) I was told by the sales manager that since the car had been painted and the paint was begining to crack, (keep in mind that they were the ones who had the car painted) and the miles that was on the car, they could only offer me $2,000.00 on my trade. I then proceeded home and looked up my car on the NADA website. I entered the miles and all the information requested by NADA. The trade in value on my car is $6,700.00 before the deduction for miles. The mileage deduction in $2,550.00 and NADA gives $125.00 for the aluminum wheels and $100.00 for the power seats. This gave me a grand total trade in value of $4,375.00. This dealership could never again earn my business.
