I have lived in this area for a while now, nothing is better than the Chelsea resturant it is my favorite. My daughter is six and she asks to go there all of the time. I love the rgg rolls, and the peanut butter pie. I highly recomed going there to eat. The staff is great as well.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy wife, kids, and I were looking for houses in downtown New Bern and came across the Chelsea around dinner time. The service was fantastic and the food was even better. We were able to eat for a reasonable price. Granted there are some more expensive items on the menu but if your smart you can get a wonderful meal at a bargain price.
