User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsOur first two times at Cracker Barrel were not so great. I blame this 100% on the service. The second time there with my mother who was visiting for mother's day. My mom was so dis-satisfied that she called the number on the reciept and made a complaint about our service. My husband and I went back this weekend and had the best service ever!! Chris was awesome!!! Great service, great food! My kind of place!

It's a nice place, however they need to learn how to make biscuits. As good as the sawmill gravy is, it can't do much for a bad biscuit.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWhat happened here?: It isn't like I expect home cooked meals in a chain, but this IS the South, so shouldn't "Southern" cooking at least taste right? The food was luke warm at best, fairly tasteless, and the service was practically non-existent. We used to eat here quite a bit when they first opened, but it has consistently gone down hill. The crowded seating and lackluster food have made this a "must miss" for our family in the future.
