User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThey lost or gave away my $200 goose down comforter! They told me this doesnt happen very often, but someone didnt do their job. The girl that took it from me didnt tag it and then quit sometime after that. For all i know she prolly took it home with her. They almost gave me someone else's comforter. Also, they sent me on a wild goose chase and after a month i finally got a hold of the owners. Which are now buying us a new one. The staff was very nice and understanding. I would suggest that you watch them tag it and have them call you to confirm when it is ready to pick up.
