No doubt about it, Nikola's has great food. Take note, however, that they have moved, and no longer have a waterfront location, so forget the view. The address listed is correct, but reviews that mention water views are old. At the new location, the tables are a little cramped and the wait can be long, but no one minds. They don't do lunch, but they do cater.
