i own an 07 mitsubishi outlander. i have taken it to don williamson for service and repairs. very slow service. it took 2 hours to do a routine oil change i was the only car in the line awaiting service. i have a recall issued on this auto for the brake lamp switch. i set an appointment to get it fixed. i drive one hour only for them to say they don't have the part in and it will have to be ordered. 2 days later when the part is supposed to arrive, i go to the service center after i see the parts truck. i then enter the service center, ask if the part is there, they said give us a few minutes we will let you know. i some how waited patiently for i full hour, go to the service desk, as if the part is in. the person behind the counter said that she wasn't for sure and just sat there and did nothing, so i left in angry wasting my day at this horrible center. i will drive 2 hours for service before going back there.
