User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI went to outback yesterday and the server told me about a new item on the menu, it was roasted sirloin and au gratin potatos with asparagus and other vegetables, the service was amazing and the food was awesome! I love what they have done with the place!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe Outback restaurant in New Bern, NC, has the rudest reception I have ever experienced. We were treated awful, refused to be seated despite of the reservations made in advance that day since they were expecting two bigger companies of people so they disregarded our reservation. We will never go back to this restaurant.

obviously you didn't understand that outback doesn't take reservations it only has call ahead seating which doesn't mean you are guaranteed a table when you walk in the door. what is does guarantee is that if there is a wait list for tables you are put towards the top of the list and sat as soon as possible. maybe you should get your facts straight before you bash an establishment publicly.
