User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThere staff are friendly, however when I took my car in for an oil change I told them up-front I only wanted an oil change. I waited two hours (that's with an appointment), and they brought me my cabin filter and another filter and showed them to me and said they needed to be replaced. I told them no, and asked how much longer it would be, and she said it would take them 30 or 45 minutes to put them back in. I asked them how much the filters would cost so my hubby could put them in. They gave me the price, I then left and went to Autozone and saved $40, bought both filter's, and put the filter's in myself in less than 5 minutes. They also told me I needed brakes, but I took my car elsewhere and got OEM brakes and had them put on and saved $320!

I went there knowing what I wanted and they told me I could not afford a $17k Honda but they wanted me to buy a $32k new Jeep. They just were pulling me in a place that I didn't want to go. Don't go there
