User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI will no longer be eating at Chilis thanks to the really awful service and the way I was treated by a manager. I ordered my fav dish and got some really undercooked chicken, then was told by the manager that it was the chicken "membrane" and that it was cooked fine. Well thankfully I am a massage therapist and I know muscle tissue very well and got to dissect chickens for anatomy and I can promise you that there are no "membranes" in a chicken breast! I find it absolutely appalling that a manager would stoop so low as to insult their customers intellegence and try to get them to eat raw chicken!!! What is wrong with you!!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have eaten here a few times and usually I'm very pleased with Chili's chains but I have to say every time I've eaten at the Chili's here in Jacksonville I have been greatly disappointed. I got a chicken alfredo pasta one time and it gave me food poisoning. I went one day for a lunch and had the soup and salad special... The lettuce was limp and the soup was cold. Have not been satisfied at all with any of my visits.
