User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI have trouble reviewing this resturaunt, because of a mixture of good, and bad experiences. While I simply love a good salad bar, especially Ruby Tuesday's, the Jacksonville location (compared with others) has a much smaller bar. The drinks are and have always been great there. I really love the $5 Long island teas!! The food has for the most part, always been good. The MAJOR problem with this Ruby Tuesdays, is they do not carry or offer Heinz 57 sauce. Some people prefer some sauces over others. My dad wouldnt eat a steak without A1 when I was growing up (I hate A1) and as crazy as it may sound, me nor my husband want to spend $15+ for a steak without the prefered dipping sauce. Most restuaraunts carry all major/popular sauces. Its baffling as to why Ruby's doesnt. If anything, it could help business (glad theres Logans and Outback around) Either way, when we're not craving steak we still eat there, and enjoy it. $5 cocktails are a plus!!

Usually this place is good. But my last dining experience was horrible. We waited 30 minutes for a table, which is understandable on a Friday night. We ordered our food right away. The appetizer came promptly. After waiting an hour and a half, they brought us a salad that we didnt even order in the first place. The service was fine but they failed to mention to us what the heck was going on with our food. We left money for the app and drinks but bailed. LAME!

The last time I ate there itwas terrible. Our waitress was rude,servive horrible and then the food (when it finally arrived0 was not cooked liked we ordered,cold. just was sorry .all in all. nuff said. dont waste your time or money.
