Applebee's Neighborhood Grill

My husband and I always believe in giving a place two tries before writing them off--in case the first time we were there that we had really picked a bad night. In the case of this Applebee's, we gave it three tries and will not go back. Our first two trips were subpar, the food was what you could get anywhere, but the service was ridiculous. The waitresses could not be bothered to be helpful. The last attempt we made, we entered, stood near the "wait to be seated" sign and waited, and waited, and waited. After watching each waiter/waitress in the restaurant walk by and the hostess chatting up the bartender, allowing time for two other couples and a small family to come in, we left. We won't be giving this place another try, which is a shame because we have always liked Applebee's elsewhere.

Food is awful, waitresses are rude and unattentive. By far the WORST Applebee's ever!

This place isn't for the "family". The service is lousy. The food is way to spicy,(salty). It's way to loud for children. Mainly drunks hang out here, so I would say it's not family orientated atmosphere.
Then again, what would you expect from a place with the logo, "your neighborhood friendly bar"?
