User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThe food is exactly what satisfies-- there are hot soups and foods for the cold months, and plenty of cold sandwiches for the warm months. I enjoy Macado's b/c it's a relatively cheap meal out, but the loud atmosphere is definitely not for everyone.

Good food... not astoundingly good, but good. Most things are well priced.... It's loud there, which I don't mind at all but not everybody would like. They have good desserts, too. The sandwiches are very good, and service can be quick or less quick depending on how busy it is, but the servers work hard and are friendly. The nacho supreme is excellent, as are some sandwiches that are really good.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGreat variety menu: If you want lots of choices then this is your place. All of the sandwiches good with plenty to eat. One of the last remaining restaurants in Boone that allows smoking - but the smoking area at the bar is so small it doesn't affect the air in the restaurant. One of my favorites!
