   I had a bad experience, but I finally received a professional response and apology, and I'm satisfied.

   I cannot imgine what kind of adverse reaction you experienced, you didn't meantion was it Dr Murrey, his stafff and or what part of that staff offended your sensitive nature, but I was a patien of his and I can not find one problem in all of the time I was his patient. He has the best bed-side manner. Shis staff were professional , yet kind and courteous. Could it have been they were over swamped. With many types of Medical contracts, PPO, HMO, Medicade, Medicare, and trust me they are limited by their contract, maybe there was a day that they were just so busy. They are very human and you would not believe the people that think they owe them to take all sorts of rudeness and they have to choke it back. I am sure you were not one of those , but the fact that they made good , and you receieved a professional response makes me wonder why you would of written this. I mean imagine the people they see. I say that he is the King of Doctors and his staff are wonderfil

   Wonderful care for the entire family: Dr. Murray and Sue Sweeting cared for my wife's grandmother, they care for her parents, us, and our children. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have the care of such great medical professionals and people.

   fORTUNATE ENOUGH TO GET IN WITHIN A WEEK. BEING A NEW PATIENT BUT THEY SEEM GREAT SO FAR.

   Great Doc!: Dr. Murrey is a caring and compassionate doctor who, while very knowledgeable, is always willing to research new approaches to a patients needs. I highly recommend him and his practice to anyone looking for an excellent family physician.
