User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThere 1st weekend in October, wonderful breakfast on Saturday morning, although it started late. Not first come, first serve though. The evening meals are a little pricey, although the atmosphere is nice. Noticed that well dressed patrons were given better service.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe DiPietro's stayed the night at Crippens and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated, the beds are very soft and warm; our family of 5 stayed comfortably in one room. There are fresh baked goods, fire places and adorable furnishings that give that "home away from home" feeling. It was close to shopping, dining and the different ski resort areas. Unfortunately, we were not able to dine in the restaurant there, but have heard from everyone who has that the chocolate infused steak is to die for! The morning breakfast is wonderful and the kids thought it was great to be able to head downstairs for breakfast in their pj's. We would highly recommend Crippen's Country Inn as a place to stay in the Boone area and will definately be coming back when we return. Thank you to Jimmy and all the staff. We had a wonderful time. Delicious! Very nice atmosphere! Great staff! I've had pasta, steak and drinks and all were very, very good!
