been there done that the end: I went there checking ona price of a truck just like one i had already priced down the road. for less money than what they would sale it for.I hate having to hagger with a salesman that has to run back and forth to another man to see if the loan will work for me. I want who i am dealing with in trading vehichles to know all of his buisness and spit it all out on the line. or tell me outright . there nothing i can do for you. not lead you to believe he can get you in something at a good price then up the price a little ata time. get reall people.
A Nice Experience: My experience while lenghty was none the less a good one. About two weeks ago while I was out of town, my wife drove to this dealership and was greeted with sales personnel (Chris) who were very helpful and knowledgable. She traded in her 1997 Cadallic Deville for a 2006 Chrysler 300C series. And while I would have rather she waited until my return, they treated her professionally and with respect.
Today, two weeks later, I traded in my 1998 Spyder Eclipse for a 2005 Chrysler Sebring Convertible. Again, it was a bit lenghty (the time from start to finish) but I feel I achieve a reasonable good deal and the dealership manager made whatever adjustments necessary to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase I wanted an not take some vehicle that they wanted moved from inventory.
I would hightly recommend the dealership to a friend or family member. Heck, we purchased two new vehicles in less than a month from the dealership.
I wished it had been better: I am sure it was just a bad day, but you expect service everyday. You dont expect to get hung up on when you call a dealership, you dont expect to get treated poorly or like your poor, but sometines it happens. Maybe they have seen better days.
