Excellent experience. Prime rib was delicious and of a healthy size. Wait staff courteous. Defintely recommend.

I have dined at Stonewalls many times in the past. Unfortunately, the ownership seems to be cutting too many corners due to economic changes, but the prices continue to increase. The service was poor. We were dining there this past Monday night, which by history, is not a profitable night. However, if you choose to be open on this night, customers expect the same experience as other nights. The prices have increased significantly over the past couple of years. The prime rib has been excellent in the past, but at 7:30 pm, the prime rib was not available. According to the menu, "prime rib may not be available late night". I do not consider 7:30 to be late night, and if it were not available, customers should be notified as they are seated, not after drinks are served. The waiter was available very little during our dining experience. The bread had been over heated in the microwave, causing it to be dry and dehydrated. Our bill was not correct; we requested it be corrected. We offer restaurants more than one chance, as anyone can have an off night. However, this is our second bad experience within the past few weeks. Our last dining night there left me feeling like I had been through a fast food line; as I sat down from going to the salad bar, our appetizer and meal were served before I could begin my salad. I appreciate prompt service, but that crossed the line of fast food. If your are wondering why I am posting this comment instead of contacting the restaurant, there are a couple of reasons. First, I do not like to draw attention to a bad situation while in the restaurant; this can infringe on other's dining experience. Second, if you do not give feedback to the establishment, the ownership may not be aware of any problems. Third, the web site for the business does not have an option to contact them except by telephone - in today's busy world, this is an obsolete way for contact. When a restaurant is open to serve customers in the dining room, they do not need to be on the telephone.

I went there and thought everything was subpar-just a typical steakhouse. But as I talked to what I can only assume was a disgruntled server he told me that all there meats come precoocked and that they put MSG on EVERYTHING!
