I hired Nelson to do my hair, my mothers hair, and my maid of honors hair for my wedding. On the day of the wedding Nelson was no where to be found. After the wedding, Nelson NEVER contacted me to apologize or anything. I had to be the one to reach out to him. He gave me an excuse as to why he was a no show but this was unacceptable. He could have called to let someone know something. After speaking with him he said he would give me a full refund and that he would mail the check to me since I do not live in the area. The check never arrived. I called him twice about 3-4 weeks apart to say I have not gotten the check. His response, "I put the check in the mail". The check never arrived. I had to send someone into his salon to collect my refund. I hope to let every bride know that this guy is NOT someone you want to work with for your wedding. Thanks.
