User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsIf you can stand the noise and the wait, good for you. The food is pretty good and reasonably priced. In fact, the sirloin was so cheap and the stuffed sweet potato so yummy that I wished I could tolerate the environment. It is very, very loud. It is louder than many bars. I have heard tons of folks complain about this/ The place echoes like crazy, the music is up loud, and the waitresses line dance from time to time. Some of these elements could be cool AT TIMES, but I mostly try to stay away unless someone else really wants to go there. It is kind of like trying to eat your dinner at a kid's birthday party. The wait time is always atrocious, which I guess goes to show that quite a few people do like it. Caesar salad is certainly NOT a good pick here at all. It was so bland that I imagined they dressed it with nothing but mayo; there was literally not even a hint of spice or tang to it.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsVery good food!! One of the best places in Hickory. I always get the smothered chicken. The chicken is always tender. Their salads and chili is good also!! They also have music playing and sometimes girls line dance for entertainment. Kid friendly.
