I really like the pizza here. The dough is well made, and the pizza piping hot when brought to the table. This is not especially "gourmet"pizza-- just typical toppings, of typical greasy quality. The beer selection is decent. The service is very mediocre but if you're just going for pizza and a dinner that doesn't cost a ton, then go here.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOver priced and low quality...We have been regulars at our local Mellow Mushroom in Blowing Rock for years. We bought 3 different hoagies last night and the total price was $39.70.....give me a break....it will be $5.00 Subways for us from now on. The quality was so bad that none of the 3 of us could finish the sandwich. My hubby had the steak and cheese and the steak was dry and overcooked. The onions and green peppers were not cooked, but raw. My mother & I had Portabello Mushrooms...it reminded me of 'Where is the beef?'....overall we were very disappointed with the price and the quality.
