We went here last night for our anniversary and had a blast. GREAT food and GREAT service. I never drank more than a few sips and my drink was refilled. They came out with a gong and sang to us and took our picture,which they send home in a cute little frame.and in my opinion not bad priced either.2 chicken dinners-2 sodas-and our cheese cake which came with the song and picture was only $40 total.not bad.Give it a shot. you will enjoy it!!

Good Japanese / American food, the restaurant has been around for over two decades! Two things to note here! 1): The location on the map is wrong! Take exit 125 (Lenoir-Rhyne Blvd) off of I-40 and turn back towards US-70! Then turn (R) at the road between the Shell station and Zaxby's. Follow the road past the Comfort Inn to Kobe! And 2): The posted hours here are wrong! They are open for lunch M-F 11am to 2pm; and Dinner hours are Mon-Thurs 5pm til 9:30pm! Fri-Sunday 5pm til 10:30pm. Better come hungry, because they give you a plate full of grilled rice; Zucchini/onions; a salad; onion/mushroom soup; and a grilled shrimp appetizer BEFORE they get to your main entree. Three kinds of steak; Chicken; and at least three-four kinds of seafood/fish in any combination is available. Birthdays get and added bonus of cake and a memory photo! I recommend the Imperial dinners, of which my favorite is the Seafood special that has Shrimp; Scallops; and Grilled Terriyaki Salmon on it! The cost for the Imperial seafood dinner? $27.00! Add $7.99 and you can share the meal with your significant other, which cuts down on costs as the meal is easily enough for two people!
