I eat at porkys on average 4 times a week, I love everything about the place. The service is always awesome, the food is always right everytime you order, I have never seen anyone complain or send anything back, Everything is cheap, but you get a wonderful serving for what you pay. I get the chopped bbq plate all the time and it is more food than you can eat for under 8 dollars including drink, close to a pound of bbq, tons of fries, slaw, hushpuppies, and baked beans. It is in a renovated Burger King building and I missed Burger King when it closed but I would rather have porkys in taylorsville than a burger king, when it comes down to cheap food, great prices, and wonderful service I can only suggest two restaurants One would be Porkys and the other would Be Scotties Hometown Grill

GREAT PEOPLE/GREAT FOOD: excellent food ,always more than you expect as far as the size/quantity.you pay alittle more but get a lot more.Porks Melt and Double Cheeseburger are best.
