User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsR&C has worked on my refrigerator many times and has always had excellent customer service and has been very prompt to come out when needed! They worked us in when the fridge went out completely even though the schedule was full. I highly recommend them!

They called and left a message that the part would be in on Wed.
I called on Wed. and they said they were waiting for my approval to order the part.
They are completely and totally incompetent, bungling worthless and unapologetic for their mistakes.
