False Advertising: I Went to Victory because of there TV ads. You know "We'll pay off yur trade-in no matter how much you owe'. They offered me $6500 for my trade-in. $700 short of the payoff and would't go any higher. I still got the vehicle anyway though hoping I could sell the one that I wanted to trade. That was almost 6 months ago. My brother went up there to see if he could trade his truck in 2 weeks after I went up there. they offered him initially $1500, but he needed right at or just a little over $5000 to pay it off and they did it. Ticked me off. I'll never buy anything from them again, even though my saleman was a nice guy and the service department has been great when I've taken it in for oil changes. I want go there again.

Fell through with what promised: Done good with trade but promised several things they didn't come through with. Lied about the price of one automobile ...said it was 21,900 and the website showed it for 19,500 and still does. Might want to check other Toyota dealerships before going here first...Actually taking the car back to get my old vehicle back. I had the car a WHOLE week and then they tell you they need a co-signer.......funny thing.....I didn't need one with my other car.
