    BBQ is a very personal and subject for us southerners. Nonetheless, this is the best BBQ in Brevard, in my opinion. When I REALLY want great que, I go to 12-Bones in Asheville. But, Hawg Wild is a lot closer!

    On visiting Brevard for the Music Festival I was hungry for some good BBQ. I found it! The service was pleasant, the atmosphere very relaxing, and there was even a bluegrass band playing music until 9 PM. I would recommend this one for everyone who comes to Brevard and who appreciates great BBQ in a fine family environment. Will return!

    Lean, pulled pork, prepared with Eastern style vinegar-based sauce or traditional barbeques sauce, hush puppies even your mother couldn't make, Hebrew National hotdogs with the works, grilled cheese sandwiches like you used to get at the drugstore counter, BLT's with thick, applewood bacon, a bloomin' onion with ranch dressing, french fries that the people under the golden arches wish they could make.... Oh, I'm sorry - was this supposed to be a review?
