User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsUnfortunately, they no longer make their own doughnuts. They are shipped in from the Asheville location about 20 miles away or so. This is very disappointing because when their "Hot Ones" sign is lit up, it really just means they've reheated previously prepared doughnuts. I will say that their coffee and latte's are still quite good. It's just not the same not being able to watch the doughnuts being made through the panoramic glass window.
