Changes such as aging, weight gain or loss, illness, or divorce, often interfere with the way we see ourselves. Something as seemingly simple as self-presentation on a website or Facebook page may become an unexpected challenge. The creative process is inherently woven into the nature of life. We are constantly creating and recreating ourselves. Yet creating change in life isn't easy. It requires courage, insight, and tenacity. We can't always do it alone. Engaging in that creative process with a guide and advocate helps us reflect and refine our desires, removing time-wasting indecisiveness. Our issues can be pragmatic or spiritual.
