User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have purchased three homes from Alternative Housing Solutions over the past years. I have nothing but good things to say from the beginning of the process to the end. I usually don't write reviews as most people who do are looking for ways to vent frustrations making the reviews not accurate across the board. I felt lead to write one after seeing the only review being one of a negative tone. The knowledge, experience and communication you get from Alternative Housing Solutions far supercedes any other company I have dealt with in the past. They have the best product along with the best subcontractors I have found in my years of building. They have stood 100% behind their work and their word on each house I have bought from them. Constructing a new home can be a trying experience, but I can attest to the fact that should anything ever not be to my expectations I could make one phone call and things would be right. I also know a few people that have bought from Alternative Housing Solutions who share the same feelings as I do. I know a few people who didn't choose Alternative Housing Solutions and they all wish they had. If you are in the market for new construction I would highly suggest you go see Alternative Housing Solutions.

Avoid at all cost unless you want shoddy work, excuses and headaches. Other companies in the area can build as nice or nicer homes with much less problems.

I couldn't disagree more with this review. I have purchased three homes from this company. I have yet to experience anything "shoddy." The work done on all aspects more than met the expectations. The knowledge, care and concern every one associated with Alternative Housing Solutions far exceeds any other company I have done business with in the housing market.
