    poor customer service...would not call me as I requested, the paying customer, when dress arrived. policy was to make one call to bride, as if she didn't have enough to do. policy needs to be revised if a paying customer asks for a call when a dress ordered & paid for is received. what is wrong with having some common courtesy for a paying customer?
