    Exellent Italian food, I have tried others but this particular restaurant in Asheville, NC won! Oh yeah and those martinis... Yummy

    I had forgotten how good a steak could be!: A friend took me to Carrabbas recently to celebrate good fortune. The seating is excellent, the service is excellent and the food is even better!
    I had steak marsala and as I tasted the first bite, I realized I had forgotten how GOOD steak could be. Tender, juicy, properly prepared by someone who cared if I was pleased!
    We began with sausage & lentil soup because we chose flavor over a salad. As always the warm, crusty bread & seasoned olive oil was outstanding.
    I have NEVER been disappointed when I have eaten at Carrabbas.
    The portion sizes are generous and the overall ambiance is nice. I could do without the televisions in the background, but I guess those are to attract young single men to the bar?

    Squisito! (Delicious!): This is my new favorite place for Italian food. I was blown away with how delicious everything was. I love how everthing is made in their kitchen from scratch. All of the food tasted like a homemade meal.

    The atmosphere is also very nice with dim lighting to make it more romantic. The wait staff was very courteous and always checking up on us to see if we needed anything.

    Unfortunately I was unable to sample their dessert menu because I was too stuffed from my dinner! Maybe next time!
